2. Being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 237 days in representing the above civil miscellaneous appeal is condoned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
