ORDER
The petitioners are the legal heirs of the original writ petitioner.
2. The original writ petitioner was Mr.K.V.Sundaresan. The said Sundaresan passed away on 27.12.2022. The petitioners came to be aware of the litigation only when a notice was served on them under section 126[2] of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Rules. They have came forward with this petition seeking leave to file the restoration petition. The legal heirship certificate enclosed along with the affidavit, issued by the jurisdictional Tahsildar, shows that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Sundaresan and his wife Kuppabai.
3. Hence, writ miscellaneous petition is Ordered. Office is directed to carry out amendment and number the petition filed to condone delay and restoration petition and list on 04.12.2025.
