Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to strictly comply with the order of this Hon'ble High Court in W.P. No. 2628 of 2014 dated 31.01.2014 with reference to the representation dated 28.06.2016 submitted by the writ petitioner, within the stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble High Court herein, so as to maintain the peaceful livelihood of the premises at New No. 1/68, Old No. 1/66, GNT Road, in S.No. 101 A, Karanodai, Chennai - 600 067. O R D E R
After arguing the matter, when this Court is not convinced with the case of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a contempt petition against the respondents for alleged violation of the order dated 31.01.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 2628 of 2014. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the permission sought and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a contempt petition. No costs.
