This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1214 of 2018 dated 18.07.2018 on the file of the respondent police. 2.

Earlier a similar petition was filed before this Court in Crl.OP No.30112 of 2018 and the same was dismissed by an order dated 21.03.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that her son, who went missing on 18.10.2018 has not been traced by the respondent police till today and no progress has been made in the investigation.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in [K.Sukumari Vs. Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District and others] reported in 2018 2 LW Criminal 636.
