When this matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu was traced out and has produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem on 29.05.2016. The learned Magistrate has entrusted him to the custody of his father. Thus, he is in the custody of his father. 3.
