The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records and quash the above complaint filed by the complainant/respondent in DVA.No.58 of 2012 before the JM VI, Coimbatore. For Petitioners : No appearance For Respondent : Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan

In the previous hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence the matter has been posted today under the caption, "for dismissal". Today also, no representation for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that this petition has been filed by the respondents in DVA.No.58 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, to quash the proceedings in the above DVA. He further submitted that the above DVA has been subsequently transferred to the Judicial Magistrate No.VIII, Coimbatore and re-numbered as DVA.No.24 of 2017. He further submitted that subsequently, the respondent herein has withdrawn the said DVA.No.24 of 2017 on 20.09.2017 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
