Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent issued in Ref.No.4388FW/B3/2007 dated 8.1.2010 and confirmed by the order of the first respondent issued in G.O.(D) No.383, Health and Famiily Welfare (K1) Department, dated 26.4.2013 and to quash the same and directing the respondents more particularly the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Mass Education and Information Officer (MEIO) for the panel year 2010-2011 which is presently due without reference to the minor punishment against the petitioner imposed by the second respondent. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 16.7.2018 and none represented on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, the case is posted under the caption "For Dismissal" today on 19.7.2018 and once again there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.
