This application has been filed to amend the plaint by adding the Judge's summons mentioned paragraph 20(a) after the para No.20 in the above captioned suit.
2. Mr.Vijayan Subramanian, learned counsel for the respondent 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Saran, learned counsel for the fourth respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.
3. Heard both sides.
Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for.
Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendments to the plaint within a period of two (2) weeks from today. On receipt of the amended plaint copy, the learned counsel for the defendants shall file their additional written statement within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
