This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of FCOP.No.257 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court at Erode. 2.When the matter was listed before me on 08.08.2024, I called for a report from the learned Family Court Judge, Erode to indicate as to how long he would take to dispose of FCOP.No.257 of 2021. 3.The learned Family Court Judge, Erode has submitted a report dated 17.08.2024 stating that she would require a period of five months from 24.08.2024 to dispose of the proceedings.

4.Taking into consideration the request made by the learned Judge, the Family Court at Erode or as indicated in the report, if it is transferred to the Subordinate Court at Kodumudi, is directed to dispose of FCOP.No.257 of 2021, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
