This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification of the respondent in Advt.No.E7/2016/15072/1 to 15072-22, dated 14.07.2016 in particular Advt.No.E7/2016/15072-20, dated 14.07.2016 pertaining to Department of Psychology and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner as the post of Professor in Psychology.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner challenged the Notification calling for the applications for the purpose of appointing Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, if the petitioner is eligible to participate she has every right to apply because it is only general as well as S.C. category. Therefore, challenging the same at this point is a premature one.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
