The above application is filed to grant leave to sue both the respondents / defendants 1 and 2 - Mrs. D.Rajalakshmi Dhanasekar, Wife of Dhanasekar and Mr. D.Hemkumar Dhanasekar, Son of Mr.G.Dhanasekar both residing at Door No.9, 3rd Lane, Lalbagathur Sasthri Street, Periyathope, Manali, Chennai - 600 068, outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. In the light of the contents in paragraph no.18 of the affidavit filed in support of the application, leave to sue is granted.

3. The Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
