Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the Insurance Company. The petition is filed to condone the delay of 520 days in representing the delay in the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.2271 of 2024.

2. Since the petition is filed to represent the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.2271 of 2024, the petition in C.M.P.No.2271 of 2024 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
