JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Mr.Om Prakash, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, after making elaborate submissions, seeks the permission to withdrawn the Writ Appeal. However, the learned senior counsel submitted that liberty may be given to the appellant to make their submission with regard to all the issues raised in the Writ Petitions and the learned Single Judge may be requested to consider the submissions to be made by the learned counsel on either side independently. Further, the learned senior counsel submitted that this Court may clarify that the order passed by the learned Single Judge, which is impugned in the Writ Appeal, shall not stand in the way of deciding the Writ Petitions independently.

2.Mr.Rabu Manohar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, Mr.Naveen R.Nath, learned senior counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, Mr.Govardhanan, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent and Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent have no objection for giving such clarification.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the parties to raise all the contentions available to them in the Writ Petitions before the learned Single Judge. We also clarify that the order passed in W.M.P.Nos.24449 & 24450 of 2021 in W.P.Nos.23163 & 23164 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021 shall not stand in the way of the learned Single Judge in the deciding the Writ Petitions independently. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
