Arb Appln No. 854 of 2025 The Advocate Commissioner has repossessed the vehicle and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. A report to that effect has also been filed by the Advocate Commissioner.

2. As seen from the affidavit of service enclosing the delivery report, notice sent to the respondent has been duly served. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list today. However, the respondent remains unrepresented. Hence, the respondent is set exparte by this Court.

3. Since the Advocate Commissioner has repossessed the vehicle and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant and the respondent is also set exparte in this application, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application. Accordingly, this application is closed. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
