Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2023 and thereby direct the respondents to shift the agriculture electricity Service Connection No.1186 and 5 HP Pubpset, from S.No.21/1 of Naraikinaru Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District to UnSurveyNumber, Block No.II of Naraikinaru Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District. ORDER

The petitioner herein has made a request to the second respondent for transfer of electricity supply connection provided to her from her property in Sy.No.21/1 to another un-surveyed property of the petitioner. 2.Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board appeared for the respondents and specifically brought to the notice of this Court to the expression 'un-surveyed property' and submitted that unless the TNEB is satisfied with the clause required for issuing the electricity connection available, it may not provide the same. 3.This Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2023 for transfer of electricity supply connection provided to her from one property of the petitioner to another property, over which she claims to have some right. The Second respondent is also directed to act strictly in terms of the framework of law and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
