ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN,J] The petitioner is the wife of one Mr.Karthick, aged 27 years. According to her, Mr.Karthick has been found missing for sometime. In this regard, a complaint was made by the petitioner to the police on 29.1.2016 on which date, a case was registered in Cr.No.166/2016 for "man missing" and the same is under investigation.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the missing of her husband, in the month of August 2015, a complaint was made only in the year 2016.

3. In our considered view, since investigation is in progress, there is no scope for passing any order as prayed for, as there is no illegal detention.
