[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Ms.W.R.Subhashini, learned counsel representing the appellant would submit that the parties have subsequently filed an Original Petition in O.P.No.4027 of 2022 seeking divorce by consent and the same has also been granted by the Family Court on 24.01.2023. Hence, nothing survives in this appeal.
