2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, III Fast Track Court Judge, Saidapet, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.8259 of 2017 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
