Heard Mr.S.Sankaranarayanapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the records.
2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2013.
3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions from Mr.R.Sekar, Varanjaram, Sub Inspector of Police, who is present, submitted that the petitioner withdrew the representation / complaint given against third parties on 01.06.2013.
4. In the light of the above fact, in the considered opinion of this court, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
