This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by one Paulraj, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall cooperate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
