This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing the sureties before the lower Court in Crl.O.P.No.17408 of 2022 on 26.07.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to produce the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
