ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12557 of 2026, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12557 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition directing "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week at 10:30 a.m. until further orders" All other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered
