ORDER

This petition has been filed by the Accused seeking to transfer the case in C.C.No.2839 of 2010 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore to the Special Court (TANPID) Act, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.D.Dayalan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.Karuppiah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.K.Premkumar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. It is represented by both the counsel that the trial in respect of C.C.No.2839 of 2010 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore has been completed and the case against the petitioner/accused has ended in acquittal.

4. In view of the disposal of the C.C.No.2839 of 2010 nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
