This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to issue a transport permit in respect of quarrying operations 1/4

in S.No.199/12 of Masinaickenpatti Village, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2022. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner 17.08.2022 seeking transport permit in respect of quarrying operations in S.No.199/12 of Masinaickenpatti Village, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
