This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings which is initiated against the petitioner in C.C No.113 of 2012 on the file of the

Fast Tack Court, Vellore.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused that on 03.06.2013, the C.C.No.113 of 2012 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court, Vellore has been dismissed since the complainant has passed away and no steps have been taken by the complainant's counsel and no process have been taken for issuing NBW against the petitioner/accused and thereby the trial court dismissed the complaint under Section 256(1) and 204 of Cr.P.C and the accused is acquitted under Section 256(1) Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the dismissal of the complaint by the lower court, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
