This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 9 as legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant in the above Second Appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit the proposed petitioners 3 to 9 are impleaded as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant.
