Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representation dated 19.02.2016 affording full and fair opportunity to the petitioner in accordance with law, with in the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of 7 acres of land in S.No.114/1 at Muthanur Village, Yelagiri and though, she wants to dispose of the lands, it was not able to be disposed of, for the reason that the guideline value for registration of per square feet of land is fixed at Rs.440/- and prays for reduction of the guideline value and in this regard, has submitted a representation to the second respondent with copies marked to the third respondent and District Registrar (Administration), Vellore and the District Registrar (Administration), Vellore vide, communication dated 09.09.2015 in Na.Ka.No.7403/Aa2/ 2015 has directed the Sub-Registrar, Jolarpet to find out the possibility of reduction of the guideline value and since no further response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.W.M.Abdul Majeed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the Sub-Registrar, Jolarpet to respond to the communication of the District Registrar (Administration), Vellore, dated 09.09.2015 in Na.Ka.No.7403/Aa2/2015 and also further directed to forward the result/ response to the second respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent on receipt of the same, shall either take a decision on his own, within a further period of six weeks thereafter or forward the same, to the first respondent for taking further action in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
