The complainant in a private complaint complaining for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, seeks special leave of this Court to file an appeal against the order of acquittal dated 11.07.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate I, Chengalpet, in C.C.No.21 of 2011.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to file an appeal.

3. Accordingly, leave to file an appeal is granted as prayed for and the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
