This application has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the amount of INR 34,50,384/- lying to the credit of O.P.No.525 of 2024.

dpq disposed of by this Court by recording the joint memorandum of compromise dated 07.03.2025 entered into between the parties. At the time of filing this petition as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 the petitioner has made statutory deposit amount of Rs.34,50,384/- to the credit of O.P.No.525 of 2024. The learned counsel for the respondent has not objected for allowing this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.34,50,384/- lying in the credit of O.P.No.525 of 2024. Registry is directed to issue cheque in favour of the applicant for a sum of Rs.34,50,384/- which is now lying in the credit of O.P.No.525 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
