ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.7 of the order of this Court passed in Crl.OP.No.13778 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made by either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph no.7 in Crl.OP.No.13778 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed..." is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall

stand dismissed....". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
