O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.09.2021 to measure the boundary line comprised in Survey No.271/23 situated in Keelancheri Village, Tiruvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A. Selvendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner filed an application on 30.09.2021 to measure the boundary line comprised in Survey No.271/23 situated in Keelancheri Village, Tiruvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur District before the first respondent. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property.

4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to survey and measure the property, after issuance of notice to the counter parties and adjacent land owners, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
