2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the FIR has been registered only on 13.06.2016, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
