Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the Respondent in proceedings in Government Letter No.80778/Pol.II/2004.16 dated 07.01.2013 and Letter No.80778/Pol.II/2004.17 dated 07.01.2013 and to quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original writ petitioner passed away and subsequently, the legal heirs are impleaded. However, now, the petitioners are restricting the relief only to the extent of disbursing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

terminal and pensionary benefits due to the deceased Government employee. In this regard, the writ petitioners are at liberty to submit proper representation along with all necessary documents and in the event of receiving the same, it is needless to state that the competent authorities have to consider the same in accordance with law and on merits.

2.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
