This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 324 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against in C.C.No.2 of 2014, dated 12.07.2022 on the file of the Special Judge, Special Court under the TamilNadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act Cases, Coimbatore.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
