PRAYER: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in No.V.11013/09/2023-ME-I (FTS No.8228063) dated 03-072023 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct inspection for the purpose of issuing Letter of Permission to the Petitioner college on the basis of the applications submitted by the Petitioner College dated 10-08-2022 & 23-12-2022.
