ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to register an FIR based on the complaint given on 23.04.2024 regarding motor accident alleged to have occurred on 01.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that FIR been registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.486 of 2024 dated 14.08.2024 for the offence under Sections 279, 338 of IPC and 134(a), 134(b) and 187 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

3. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 21.08.2024 Vv 2/4
