ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offence under Sections 4(i)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act & Section 5 & 6 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Spirit Rules, 2000 in Cr.No.1178 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been arrested.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
