O RD E R This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus writ of mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.03.2012 within a time fixed.
2. Heard Mr.T.Karunakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has given a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 for the purpose of declaring the Document No.4312/2010 as null and void and to delete the entry as a sale deed dated 24.07.2010 from the register maintained by the second respondent. Since the respondents had not considered the representation within a reasonable time, the petitioner was constrained to send a reminder to the respondents on 23.04.2012. Inspite of the reminder, the respondents had not passed any orders on the representation. Hence the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
4. Mr. K.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if a specific order is made, directing them to consider the representation made by the petitioner, the same will be complied with.
5. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2012 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
