ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to register and release the sale deed in favour of the petitioner for which stamp duty and registration charges have been made in Transaction No.REG202110274536089,in application No.S01LANDVV 202110275909503 dated 27.10.2021.
2. The Additional Advocate General for the respondent submitted that the petitioner approached the respondent with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
draft sale deed and the respondent instructed the petitioner to present the sale deed for registration along with parent documents. However, the petitioner approached this Court by this Writ Petition for direction directing to register the sale deed.
3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to present the sale deed along with all Court orders in respect of the property, since the vendors of the subject property derived title by way of compromise decree entered between them before this Court and other related documents. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to register the same, if it is otherwise in order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
