[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenu has returned to India on repatriation. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
