This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12450 of 2023, dated 06.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
