C.M.P. No. 20636 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR144617 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 220 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any reference to this Court.

4. On such payment and production of cost memo, Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
