Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the second and the third respondents, to call the petitioner for an interview, for being selected, for the post of Livestock Inspector Grade II.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the interview relating to the post of Livestock Inspector Grade II had already been held, during the year, 2012, itself and hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
