This petition is filed to condone the delay of 57 days challenging the decree dated 12.02.2019 in M.C.O.P.No.583 of 2014.

3. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, subject to the condition that in case the appeal is ultimately allowed, the petitioner would not be entitled to the interest for a period of 57 days.
