ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent Police to file charge sheet with regard to Crime No.679 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, M1 Madhavaram Police Station, Madhavaram. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The petitioner is the mother of the deceased son viz., Tamilselvan has filed this petition seeking direction that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.679 of 2021 for offence under Section 304(A) IPC on the complaint of one Mr.Ganesan, final report, in this case, is yet to be filed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, investigation almost completed and final report would be filed within a period of one month.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
