This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit on the complaint given by third respondent, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.B5/007252/141/2021 and the same has been closed on 29.09.2021. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
