The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 102 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 03.03.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.27617 of 2019 in C.A.No.197 of 2019 by the learned XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition are not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay the cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the respondent on or before 10.10.2022.
