ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 is the wife of the deceased. The petitioners abused the defacto complainant's brother/deceased with filthy language and attacked him with hands and threatened him with dire consequences. Thereafter, they taken a sum of Rs.1 lakh, a laptop, 16 soverigns of gold and documents, thereby, the deceased committed suicide by hanging himself. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and a false case has been foisted against them. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there was a suicide note written by the deceased and the investigation is also at initial stage. Hence, he vehementally opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and the investigation is also at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
