(DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-01/INT-22.2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner viz., (the petitioner is directed to appear once in 15 days before the Trial Court) in Crl.M.P.No.6421 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3710 of 2021 by its order dated 23.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.MATHAN RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6421 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3710 of 2021 on 23.06.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
