(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu has been branded as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under the order of
S.NAGAMUTHU, J., AND V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., kua the 2nd respondent passed in Memo No.301/BCDFGISSSV/2016 dated 15.03.2016. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the son of the petitioner dated 15.03.2016 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.2186, Home, Prohibition & Excise [X] Department dated 18.05.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
